III Fair of sa Sobrassada – Sant Josep de sa Talaia

The III Fira de sa Sobrassada will be held in two days, on Saturdays 20 and 27 December, with activities in Sant Josep and Sant Jordi, respectively. The event highlights one of the most emblematic products of Ibiza and is committed to local gastronomy, tradition and the primary sector.

Saturday, December 20

Time: From 11.00 a.m.

Location: Sant Josep

Demonstration of sobrasada making by Carn & Coop, ballada pagesa, showcooking, artisan market, children’s workshops, frita popular and, at night, concerts of the XVII Sobrassada Rock.

Saturday, December 27th

Time: From 11.00 a.m.

Location: Sant Jordi

New sobrasada elaboration, ballada pagesa, showcooking, artisan market, children’s workshops and elaboration of tapas with sobrasada in the Christmas booths.

An event designed for locals and visitors that combines flavor, popular culture and festive atmosphere in the middle of the Ibizan winter.
