The municipality of Santa Eulària des Riu will once again be the epicenter of the tourism debate with the celebration of the XII Ibiza Tourism Forum, on November 14, 2025 at the Cultural Center of Jesus. Under the slogan ‘Tourism in positive: benefits and local challenges’, this new edition proposes to analyze the present and future of the tourism model of the island from a constructive and collaborative look.
The event, organized by Santa Eulària Empresarial and the City Council of Santa Eulària des Riu, with the support of the Consell Insular d’Eivissa and Ibiza Travel, will offer a day that will combine expert analysis, inspiring experiences and proposals for improvement to move towards a sustainable, balanced and competitive tourism. The day will begin at 9:00 a.m. with an institutional welcome by Vicente Guasch de la Encina, president of Santa Eulària Empresarial; Carmen Ferrer, mayoress of Santa Eulària des Riu; and Juan Miguel Costa, island director of Tourism of the Consell d’Eivissa.
Two round tables to reflect on the present and future of the sector
The first round table, entitled “The tourist has changed, what about destinations?”, will be moderated by Raúl García López, strategic destination consultant and Top Voice on LinkedIn. It will feature
The second round table, “Tourism and territory: rebuilding the balance”, will be moderated by José Godoy, member of the Hosteltur steering committee. The debate will focus on how to make tourism growth compatible with the quality of life of residents, with the participation of Enrique Gómez Bastida, Leire Bilbao, Silvia Pastor and Juan Orquín. Examples of tourism governance and innovative strategies that seek a tourism that contributes to the welfare of the territory will be presented.
In addition, the forum will feature the special participation of Marc Vidal, economic analyst and disseminator expert in digital transformation, who will offer a global vision on the economic challenges of the tourism sector in a dialogue with the moderators of the event.
Prizes and participation open to the public
As a closing event, the forum will host the V Ibiza Tourism Forum Awards, which recognize excellence, innovation and the trajectory in favor of sustainable and quality tourism (categories and registration deadlines will be announced soon).

With more than a decade of experience, the Ibiza Tourism Forum has established itself as a reference space for professionals, institutions and companies in the sector.
