The 48-year-old woman, resident of Ibiza and Brazilian nationality, who was injured in the traffic accident that occurred early Saturday morning on the road to Santa Eulària, is stable within gravity, as reported by the Health Area of Ibiza and Formentera.
The patient remains in the Traumatology Unit of the Hospital Can Misses, where she is receiving specialized care after suffering polytraumatisms as a result of the frontal impact between two cars registered at 00.24 hours on Saturday on the aforementioned road.
A fatal accident
In the accident, which occurred on the Santa Eulària road (PM-810), one of the occupants of the vehicle in which the woman was traveling died: she was also Brazilian, aged 39. In the second car there were four young people who were slightly injured.
The injured were taken to Policlínica Vilás and Hospital Can Misses for medical evaluation, according to the official report provided by the emergency services.
