The renowned KamBrass Quintet, one of the most outstanding brass ensembles of the current music scene, will be the protagonist of the third concert of the Eivissa Clàssica 2025 festival, to be held on Saturday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Can Ventosa.
The ensemble is formed by Iñigo Ocón Sagastume and Joan Pàmies Magrané (trumpets), Maria Servera Monserrat (horn), Xavier Gil Batet (trombone) and Oriol Reverter Curto (tuba). Their style, defined by technical precision and a vibrant staging, has made the quintet a reference in the chamber music circuit.
A program that travels from Renaissance to jazz
Under the title Does it Suit(e)?the group will offer a musical journey through different periods and styles, from ancient dances to jazz and Broadway. The program includes works by Juan del Encina, John Dowland, André Lafosse, Enric Granados, Isaac Albéniz, Leonard Bernstein and Enrique Crespo, as well as the contemporary piece Oxímoroncomposed by the Basque composer Garazi Zabaleta especially for the quintet.
The repertoire promises a sonorous journey combining Renaissance sensibility, romantic elegance and 20th century energy, performed with the virtuosity and freshness that characterize KamBrass.
Free masterclass for music students
As a parallel activity to the concert, on Friday, November 14 at 7:00 pm, the KamBrass Quintet will offer a free masterclass for students of the music schools, the Conservatory and the Patronato Municipal de Música de Eivissa.
During this session, which lasts about 50 minutes, the young musicians will be able to learn about the work of a professional group, deepen in technical and interpretative aspects and live a unique formative experience within the field of chamber music.

Advance tickets are now available at ticketib.com for 8 euros, while at the box office they will cost 10 euros.
