Movistar Plus+ has reinforced its television offering this month with the incorporation of ‘Vamos 2’, a new channel aimed at expanding its live sports coverage. The platform incorporates this signal at no additional cost for its customers at a time of the year full of competitions, thus facilitating the monitoring of matches and events that often coincide in time.

Vamos 2′: the new free-to-air channel now available on Movistar Plus+
The new channel is accessible both for users who have the traditional Movistar TV package and for those who use the OTT mode, the subscription that works over the Internet without the need for a decoder. The signal can be found on dial 51, while the ‘Vamos por M+’ channel now moves to dial 50, while maintaining its presence on dial 8 for those who are used to finding it there.
With this readjustment, the platform better organizes its sports offer and allows a more intuitive navigation between related channels. The arrival of ‘Vamos 2’ seeks to address increasingly common situations, such as days with several soccer matches, international competitions or simultaneous events that require more than one channel for broadcasting.

Movistar Plus+’s plan is to use ‘Vamos 2’ as a complementary channel to split the broadcast when the programming requires it.
