The longest wait since the series broke out in 2016 is about to end. The final season of Stranger Things 5 already has an official schedule and will be a phased premiere, making it one of the biggest television events ever organized by Netflix. After that summer of 2022 in which Vecna left Hawkins in an apocalyptic scenario, the platform has designed a release plan that will extend the denouement for more than a month.
Netflix has set the return for November 27, 2025, followed by a second block on December 26 and a final episode on January 1, 2026. All this at 2:00 am in the morning in Spain, forcing late-nighters and fans to be on their toes if they want to watch it live.
The fifth season will be set in the fall of 1987, resuming the chaos left by Vecna: Hawkins under quarantine, rifts open between dimensions and Eleven hiding from a government that comes back to haunt her.
