Ibiza has added a new high-end residential development in the Es Viver neighborhood, where 23 apartments with prices exceeding 600,000 euros have already been put on the market. The offer includes two and three-bedroom homes, contemporary design interiors and common areas designed for wellbeing, in a privileged location between the city and the beach.
The homes, ranging in size from 87 to 152 sqm, stand out for their brightness, double orientation and private terraces. The architectural proposal prioritizes energy efficiency and high-end finishes, including fully equipped kitchens, double glazing and materials selected to maximize comfort and durability. Each unit also comes with a storage room and parking space.

The complex offers a communal saltwater swimming pool surrounded by landscaped gardens, a residents’ gym, electric vehicle charging points and the option to integrate home automation systems. The development boasts a B energy rating and a modern design focused on sustainability.

In terms of location, Es Viver has established itself as one of the most sought after areas to live or invest in Ibiza. The development is located just minutes from the center of Vila, Playa d’en Bossa and some of the most emblematic beaches in the area. Within a radius of 10 kilometers there are private schools, medical centers, supermarkets, shopping areas and seven beaches.

Among the typologies on offer are a 3-bedroom garden apartment for 690,000 euros (already reserved), a 2-bedroom penthouse available for 698,000 euros and a 3-bedroom apartment from 624,000 euros.
