The promotional images show a building with contemporary lines, large windows and terraces facing the promenade and the marina.
In the renderings, the residences open up to the exterior with large furnished terraces, shaded areas, abundant vegetation and private jacuzzis or pools integrated into the design, reinforcing the concept of urban sanctuary that the developer summarizes under the slogan “The Ultimate Sanctuary”. The sensation is that of a five-star hotel transformed into a home, with spaces designed for living both inside and outside.
Seven typologies for 19 residences
Typologies range from one- and two-bedroom apartments with terraces and whirlpool tubs to three-bedroom residences and an exclusive Garden Villa with pool, topped by a series of penthouses with large outdoor areas. The penthouses combine living rooms open to the sea, en-suite bedrooms and huge terraces with Jacuzzi, pool and outdoor living areas, following the trend of high-end branded residences.
The complex is completed with a battery of amenities that seek to replicate the luxury resort experience: wellness spa, residents’ pool, outdoor fitness center, 24/7 in-room dining, five-star standard housekeeping and designer furnishings included, the brochure details. Common amenities also include a “Boutique Restaurant” in the building and “Private Parking” for owners.
