This Tuesday, December 9 at 10:00 a.m., the presale to attend Rosalía’s LUX Tour 2026 concerts began, which has unleashed a real race among her followers. The first tickets put fans in a digital queue, but many were sold out in less than an hour.

For Spain, Rosalía will offer only eight concerts, divided between Madrid and Barcelona. The dates for which tickets went on sale at 10 a.m. were March 30 and April 1 at the Movistar Arena in Madrid, and April 13 and 15 at the Palau Sant Jordi in Barcelona. One hour later, at 11 a.m., tickets went on sale for the concerts on April 3 and 4 in Madrid and April 17 and 18 in Barcelona.
This newspaper noted early on that there were more than 50,000 people connected to the virtual queue, many of whom were left without tickets despite the wait. Messages such as “Your place in the queue is assured and there are still tickets available” were mixed with others warning of the high demand: “Tickets are limited”.
How the presale works and why it was in such high demand
To participate in the pre-sale it was mandatory to have registered before December 7 at 22:00 on Rosalía’s official website, or to be a customer of Santander Music. Those who registered received a region-specific pre-sale code, which allows access to the pre-purchase.
However, from the platform that manages the sale, Laylo, made it clear that this code “allows you to enter the presale, but does not guarantee tickets”, as the allocation is made on a first-come, first-served basis.
The pre-sale mechanism sought to avoid traffic peaks and crowds, establishing a limit of two tickets per user and a staggered system, which has generated debate about its real effectiveness in the face of the massive demand aroused by the artist.
Next stop: general sale on Thursday, December 11
For those who missed out on presale tickets, the general sale will begin this Thursday, December 11, with a similar format: concerts and cities will be activated progressively, with a limit of four tickets per user, through Ticketmaster, Live Nation or El Corte Inglés.
The expectation is still high: many fans are preparing from today all the previous steps (card, data, device) to try to enter with advantage. And there is no shortage of them: Rosalía’s tour is one of the most anticipated of the year.
A world tour with stops in Madrid and Barcelona
The LUX Tour 2026 kicks off on March 16 in Lyon (France) and will tour several European, Latin American and U.S. cities. The stops in Spain will be in Madrid and Barcelona, with the eight concerts already mentioned.
