Ibiza Film Commission participated this week in FOCUS 2025, the prestigious audiovisual market held at the Business Design Centre in London, one of the main meeting points for producers, film commissions and industry professionals internationally. Throughout the day, the director of the entity, Noemí Castro, held several strategic meetings and attended specialized presentations, with the aim of expanding the network of contacts and explore new opportunities for collaboration.

The tenth anniversary of FOCUS this year brought together a record number of exhibitors and a program focused on three fundamental pillars for the future of the audiovisual sector: co-production, tax incentives and technological innovation. In this context, the presence of the Ibiza Film Commission made it possible to present the competitive advantages of the island as a filming destination, both for its diverse landscape and its growing professional infrastructure.
The entity’s participation culminated with a cocktail party organized by the European Film Commission Network (EUFCN), a particularly significant event as it was the first time Ibiza Film Commission attended as an official member of this European network. The meeting served to strengthen ties with other territories and to position Ibiza within the circuit of emerging destinations for national and international productions.

With its presence in FOCUS 2025, Ibiza Film Commission reaffirms its commitment to strengthen the international projection of the island, attract new audiovisual projects and continue promoting the development of a strategic sector in full expansion.
