This holiday season, ROTO consolidates its position as one of the great stages of celebration on the island with a special program that covers Christmas and New Year’s Eve, combining haute cuisine, live music and an incomparable festive atmosphere in front of the sea, with privileged views of the harbor and Dalt Vila. Two key dates, December 25 and December 31, are transformed into complete experiences designed for both residents and those who choose Ibiza to say goodbye to the year.
XMAS ROTO: a Christmas to enjoy without haste
On December 25, ROTO proposes to celebrate Christmas from start to finish under the XMAS ROTO concept, with the restaurant open from noon to night. The day begins at 13:00 hours with a special Christmas menu for 75 euros per person, designed to be shared with family or friends and enjoyed unhurriedly in front of the sea.
The gastronomic proposal includes an appetizer of the house, Ibizan crayfish carpaccio, grilled lamb ribs “French Rack” and a dessert of dulce de leche flan with vanilla Chantilly cream, a balanced combination of product, flavor and festive spirit.

From 8:00 p.m., the night closes with a special Christmas Piano Bar, starring Eusebio Guash, in an intimate and close format that merges the elegance of the piano with the rogue character of the space, putting the finishing touch to a complete Christmas.
New Year’s Eve: Dine & Dance into 2026
On December 31, ROTO bids farewell to the year with NYE’s – Dine & Dance into 2026, one of the most special nights on its calendar. The evening kicks off at 8:00 pm with a special New Year’s Eve menu, which begins with a welcome cocktail and a bottle of Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut per table, setting the festive tone for the evening.
The gastronomic tour includes proposals such as Gillardeau Nº3 oyster with mezcal margarita and worm salt, katsu sando of foie micuit and red tuna with miso, pani puri of steak tartar with truffle, national lobster with caviar hollandaise, and main courses such as grilled wild sea bass and honeyed Wagyu rib, ending with Guanaja chocolate Sacher tart. In addition, the restaurant offers a special vegetarian menu, designed specifically for this evening, maintaining the same gastronomic level.
Bell ringing, champagne and partying in front of Dalt Vila
At midnight, ROTO will project the chimes live from Spain, accompanied by lucky grapes, champagne and cotillion, creating a collective moment charged with emotion. After the toast, the celebration continues with the music of Ángel Linde and Cristian Godoy, inviting you to dance and welcome 2026 with energy and style.
Admission will be free throughout the night by signing up in advance, while those who are not registered will be able to enter with a drink at the door.
