A villa located in the municipality of Sant Josep de sa Talaia, in Ibiza, has become the most expensive luxury rental property in Spain, with a monthly rent of 25,000 euros, according to a report prepared by the real estate portal pisos.com.
The property stands out not only for its price, but also for its size and features. It has 670 square meters built and five bedrooms en suite, all with views of a valley and the sea. The property is designed for the high-end market and offers ample space, privacy and a privileged environment. The master bedroom includes a private Jacuzzi, open dressing room and direct access to the pool, one of the main attractions of the property.
Ibiza’ s leadership in the luxury rental market is reflected in the fact that, for the same monthly amount, similar properties can be found in other exclusive areas of the country. This is the case of a property in Nueva Andalucía, in Marbella, with 871 square meters and six double bedrooms, or a property in Mira-Sol, in Sant Cugat del Vallés, which reaches 983 square meters and has seven bedrooms, a gym and a cinema room.
Below this price range, although still within the most exclusive segment, are other high-end options. With a monthly rent of 16,000 euros, there is an apartment in the neighborhood of Goya, in Madrid, with 366 square meters and five bedrooms. Slightly cheaper, at 15,000 euros per month, is a single-family home in Torre en Conill, in Bétera, with 1,000 square meters of floor space.
