Formentera will celebrate on December 29 and 30 the XV edition of the solidarity campaign to collect toys promoted by Sa Unió, in collaboration with the Associació Reis Mags, with the aim that no child on the island is left without a gift this Christmas.
The solidarity initiative, which takes place every year at this time, seeks to collect new toys or toys in good condition, in order to promote values such as solidarity, reuse and community support. All the material collected will be delivered to families of Formentera with economic difficulties through the Associació Reis Mags, an entity with a long history in Christmas social actions.
Where and when to deliver toys
Toys can be delivered at the headquarters of Sa Unió de Formentera, located at Diputat Marià Serra street (behind Viñets jewelry store), during the following time slots:

Mornings: 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Afternoons: from 5.30 to 7.30 p.m.
Donations can be made during two consecutive days, December 29 and 30, in order to facilitate the participation of all citizens.
An action to keep the illusion of the little ones alive
Sa Unió has appealed to the population to collaborate with the campaign and contribute to ensure that no child loses the illusion this holiday season. “Christmas is a time to share and help, and with small gestures we can make a big difference,” said the organization, which thanks in advance the neighborhood solidarity and the involvement of the Associació Reis Mags.
