The City Council of Santa Eulària des Riu has prepared a special New Year’s Eve program with the aim that children, youth and adults can say goodbye to the year in a festive and safe way. The initiative expands the usual offer and bets on an inclusive celebration, with spaces and schedules adapted to all generations in one of the most important nights of the calendar.
Music and show to welcome the year 2026 at Teatro España
The emblematic Teatro España will once again become the epicenter of New Year’s Eve in Santa Eulària. For the second consecutive year, the venue will host The Great New Year’s Eve Party during the early hours of January 1, from 00:30 am.
Specially decorated for the occasion, the theater will be transformed into a large festive space where live music will be the protagonist. The band Groove Garage will be in charge of opening the night, followed by DJ José Díaz, who will set the rhythm for the first hours of 2026.
The celebration will also feature a light show and animation by Akrobatik, creating a dynamic atmosphere designed for different audiences. The party will be free of charge and will last until 4:30 am.
A youth party as the main novelty of this year’s edition
The main novelty of the program comes with the incorporation of the Great Youth New Year’s Eve Party, a proposal designed specifically for children and adolescents. It will take place on the evening of December 30, from 18:00 to 22:00 hours.
This initiative will allow the youngest children to celebrate the arrival of the new year a day earlier, in a safe and age-appropriate environment, while facilitating the active participation of families in the festive program.
With this expansion, Santa Eulària reinforces its commitment to a New Year’s Eve for everyone, combining music, entertainment and new proposals that seek to consolidate itself as a festive reference for both residents and visitors to the municipality during these dates.
