The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts for this Wednesday, December 31, a day of stable weather in Ibiza, with a predominance of cloudy intervals and a low probability of precipitation, which is around 20% throughout the day and practically ruled out during the morning.
According to the forecast, the day will begin with clear or slightly cloudy skies, especially during the early morning and early hours, while from noon onwards the cloudiness will increase occasionally. Temperatures will remain mild, with minimum values around 8 degrees and maximums reaching 15 degrees. The thermal sensation will be similar, without great contrasts throughout the day.
The wind will blow from the northeast, light to moderate, with gusts of around 10 kilometers per hour, although it will tend to ease in some parts of the day. Relative humidity will be high, with maximum values close to 90%.
Looking ahead to the first days of January, the weather will remain stable. On Thursday, January 1, skies will be partly cloudy or with high clouds, without significant precipitation, and temperatures will be slightly lower, with highs of 14 degrees and lows of 7. On Friday, January 2, the weather will remain stable, with a slight rise in temperatures and a moderate southwest wind.
However, the weekend will bring a change of trend. From Saturday, January 3, the probability of rain will increase significantly, which could reach 60%, with cloudy skies and light rainfall. On Sunday 4 and Monday 5 a more unstable episode is expected, with widespread rain, overcast skies and moderate to strong wind from the east and northeast, with gusts that could exceed 50 kilometers per hour. Temperatures will drop gradually, with highs around 13 degrees at the beginning of next week.
