This Saturday has been partially disputed the 12th date of the Third RFEF and there have been different results. While Collerense stopped Penya Independent, SD Portmany and PE Sant Jordi were able to celebrate.
UD Collerense 3-1 Penya Independent
UD Collerense surprised the leader of group 11 of the Third RFEF, Penya Independent, by beating them 3-1. The Ibizan team entered the match totally unfocused, showing an unknown face in the first minutes and this was taken advantage of by the locals who went ahead with two goals from Riveron and one from Juli. In the second half the game was evened out, and Penya could have scored through Ureta, but the time was not enough and ended with a victory. Despite this blow, the Ibizan team is still the leader and will try to recover at home against Poblense.
PE Sant Jordi 2-1 CD Migjorn
PE Sant Jordi seems to have woken up from its eternal dream, as this Saturday they added their second consecutive victory and their third in the championship. The Ibizan team received a direct rival at the bottom of the table, CD Migjorn, and took advantage of every opportunity to beat them 2-1. Sant Jordi managed to score through Escandell and Nico Rozo, while Barber was able to score a late goal for Migjorn, but it was not enough for them. With this victory, the Ibizan team moves up to 15th place in the standings and is very close to get out of the red zone. In the next victory they will be visiting Manacor.
Santanyi 1-3 SD Portmany
SD Portmany managed to get a great victory, and in a very difficult field, against Santanyi by 3 to 1. The match started with the team from Sant Antoni playing better and scoring after 18 minutes through Vaccarini. After this blow, the home team woke up, began to dominate the game more and before going to the break AragĆ³n managed to equalize the game. The second half was very even, it seemed that equality was going to be the most fair, but in the 85th minute Rico put SD Portmany ahead and four minutes later, Vaccarini sentenced the victory. With this victory, the Ibizan team remains in 12th position and next matchday they will host UE Alcudia.
