Vibra Hotels has reaffirmed its commitment to the “Vibramos Contigo” project with new social actions aimed at supporting the most vulnerable groups. Through its annual food collection campaign, the hotel company has made a significant donation to Cáritas Diocesana de Ibiza, with food collected by its employees. In addition, the company has directly contributed essential products such as olive oil, powdered milk for babies and baby food.
In collaboration with Frigoríficos y Distribuciones Pellia S.A., a leading company in the food sector with more than 60 years of experience on the island, Vibra Hotels has made a joint donation of 1,500 liters of milk for the second consecutive year. Alejandro Abella, manager of Pellia, said: “One more year we wanted, together with Vibra Hotels, to collaborate with the people who need it most. Frigoríficos Pellia and its manager, Alejandro Abella, will always be willing to do our bit with Vibra”. Noelia Boned, head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Vibra Hotels, said: “As part of Vibra Hotels’ commitment to Ibizan society, we will continue to support the work of Cáritas Diocesana de Ibiza by providing products that are part of the basic food kit, such as milk, oil and baby products”. The delivery of food took place in a ceremony attended by Vicente, employee of Pellia; Rafael Angulo, commercial director of the company; Alberto Vargas, responsible for food of Caritas; Noelia Boned, from Vibra Hotels; and Maria Rosa Abella Martinez, assistant to the General Management of Pellia. With these initiatives, Vibra Hotels reaffirms its purpose of contributing to the welfare of the community and strengthening its link with local institutions.
