The City Council of Sant Antoni de Portmany has opened registrations for the third edition of the ‘Segunda Vida Market’, an event that seeks to promote reuse and responsible consumption through the sale of second-hand products.
The market will be held on Saturday, February 15, from 10:00 to 17:00 hours, in the Plaza de s’Era d’en Manyà, where visitors can find clothing, footwear, vinyl, vintage items and all kinds of reusable objects. After the success of previous editions, the market will have 40 free stalls, provided by the City Council, where participants can sell products in good condition to give them a second life. In addition to buying and selling, the event will offer a live musical program, with performances by Dublow, Martin Pollar and Chris Nimmo from 12:30 to 15:30. Attendees will also be able to enjoy a gastronomic area, where they will find options to eat while browsing the different stalls.
How to participate in the market
Those interested in reserving a place can register from February 3 to 10 through the City Council’swebsite or in person at the municipal offices, presenting their ID card. Places are limited and will be assigned in order of registration. The ‘Segunda Vida Market’ has established itself as a key initiative for the circular economy in Sant Antoni, allowing neighbors and visitors to give a new opportunity to their objects while enjoying a lively and sustainable environment.
