From November 17 to 20, Eating in Ibiza -the gastronomic product club of Fomento del Turismo de la Isla de Ibiza-took part in the LXX Congreso Nacional de Coctelería, held in Mallorca between November 16 and 20. The event brought together professionals from all over the country in a space where technique, creativity and liquid culture were the protagonists.
During the conference, Eating in Ibiza had an exhibition space in which it presented a careful selection of traditional products and beverages of the island. Among them were orelletes, flaó, Hierbas Ibicencas and Frígola de Familia Marí Mayans, fig liqueur and Café Caleta de Fluxà. The proposal attracted the attention of more than a hundred participants, congress participants and visitors, consolidating the presence of Ibizan gastronomy in an event of national reference.

The participation also left a special reason for celebration. Gabriel Ramón, partner of Fomento del Turismo de la Isla de Ibiza, won the victory in the congress competition, achieving the pass to represent Spain in the World Cocktail Championship in 2026. Likewise, the Balearic team was recognized as the Best Team in Spain, an achievement that reinforces the professional level of the archipelago in the field of bartending.
Eating in Ibiza has expressed its gratitude to its partners for collaborating in this promotional action and contributing to spread the gastronomic richness of the island. He also expressed his appreciation to the organization of the congress, the Associació de Bartenders de les Illes Balears and the Federación de Asociaciones de Bartenders de España for including the brand in this edition.
