The Ibiza Town Hall has announced that from tomorrow, November 15, until next April 30, the restriction on the circulation of vehicles in the Restricted Circulation Area(ACIRE) in the Marina area will be lifted. During this period, vehicles will be allowed free access to the roads that comprise this area, facilitating traffic in a season of less influx of tourists. As for loading and unloading, the schedule will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., remaining constant throughout the winter. To ensure that both residents and visitors are aware of this change, the City Council has arranged an update in the signage of the area, including signs and illuminated information panels located at strategic points such as the entrance to the neighborhood and access to the street Antoni Palau. The easing of regulations in the ACIRE zone is part of a series of measures adopted by the City Council to support local activity and improve vehicular flow in the winter months, when traffic in the city is noticeably lower.
