The Ibiza Town Hall has announced that tomorrow, Thursday, November 21, will begin the resurfacing works in the street Alcalde Bartomeu Rosselló Sala, within its campaign to improve the urban road network. This initiative aims to ensure a safer and more efficient circulation in the streets of the city. The third deputy mayor and councilor of Public Works and Mobility, Blanca Hernández, has highlighted the importance of these works for the proper maintenance of the pavement. “The resurfacing works we are executing have been necessary for a long time, and the results are remarkable, as has already been seen in Aragó Street,” she pointed out.
Million-dollar investment to improve streets
During the last four months of 2024, the City Council has allocated more than 1.46 million euros to the repair and improvement of pavements in different streets of the city. These actions are part of a comprehensive plan to modernize urban infrastructure and improve the experience of drivers and pedestrians in Ibiza.
