The Santa Eulària Town Hall has announced partial traffic and parking restrictions in Margalides street, in the area of es Puig d’en Fita/Siesta, from tomorrow Saturday until next Thursday, November 28th. These measures will be implemented on the occasion of the asphalting works, which aim to improve safety in this important road of the town. The Consistory requests the cooperation of the citizens to respect the provisional signaling and follow the indications of the personnel on site, in order to reduce as much as possible the inconvenience caused by the interventions.
Planning of works by sections
To avoid widespread interruptions, the work will be carried out in sections. Between Saturday and Monday, work will be carried out on the upper part of the street, from the intersections with Dàlies and Lliris streets. On Monday, the restrictions will be moved to the next section, between Lliris and Rosers streets. Finally, from Tuesday to Thursday, the interventions will affect the lower part, from the intersection with Rosers to the intersection with Clavells. In this last section, which is more extensive, an effort will be made to keep one lane open to minimize the impact on traffic. According to the City Council, no changes to the Eularibus timetables or routes are foreseen, but any changes will be notified in advance.
