The city of Ibiza is getting ready to host the traditional Cursa S’Indiot this Sunday, December 15, a sporting event that will bring significant modifications to the bus service. The Department of Transport of the Consell Insular has announced alterations in several lines during the morning, due to traffic restrictions between 9:15 and 11:30 am.
Lines affected and stops suspended
The changes affect several key public transport routes, including lines connecting San Antonio, the airport and residential areas such as Jesús, Puig d’en Valls and Playa d’en Bossa.
San José Avenue: Stops “Renault”, “Seat” and “Bar Astro”.
- Line 08: No stops will be made on departures from San Antonio at 08:30 and 09:30 hours, nor on services from CETIS at 09:30 and 10:30 hours. Stops will be maintained at Can Misses Hospital and Avenida España.
- Line 10: Stops suspended for departures from CETIS at 09:20, 09:50, 10:20 and 10:50 hours, as well as departures from the airport at 08:30, 09:00, 09:30, 09:30, 10:00 and 10:30 hours.
Avenida de la Paz: Stop “Policía Nacional”.
- Line 08: Will not stop at the 09:30 and 10:30 departures from CETIS.
- Line 10: Suspended stops on the 09:20, 09:50, 10:20 and 10:50 departures from CETIS.
- Line 12B: No stops at the 08:15 and 09:30 departures from CETIS.
- Line 14: Suspended stops on departures from CETIS at 09:00, 10:00 and 11:00 hours.
- Line 25A: Will not stop on departures from CETIS at 08:45 hours.
Avenida España: Stops “Figueretes”, “Consejo Insular” and “Delta Discos”.
- Line 12B: No stops at the 08:15 and 09:30 departures from CETIS.
Fermí Marí Street: Stops “McDonald’s”, “CS Es Viver” and “CEIP Cas Serres”.
- Line 14: No stops at 09:00, 10:00 and 11:00 a.m. departures from CETIS.
Stops at Can Misses Swimming Pools, Multicinemas and C. des Jondal
- Line 45: Suspended stops on departures from CETIS at 09:15, 09:45 and 10:15 hours.
