The Town Hall of Vila organizes a Santa Claus parade to be held on December 23rd and 24th as part of the celebrations of Christmas in Ibiza. Christmas celebrations in Ibiza.
The councilor of Fiestas of the capital of Ibiza, Francisco Torres, will welcome Santa Claus on December 23 at 10:30 am in the area of Es Martell, in the port of Ibiza. The parade will start at 11:00 am from the Andenes and will go along Bartomeu Rosselló Avenue, Ignasi Wallis, to end at Paseo de Vara de Rey. There, Santa Claus will be installed in a booth to receive letters from children who have not yet sent them. The opening hours of the stand will be from 12:00 to 14:00 hours and from 17:00 to 20:30 hours on the 23rd, while on the 24th it will be open only in the morning to receive the letters from children who have not yet sent them. The Consistory is very grateful for the dedication of Santa Claus this year and hopes that his stay in Ibiza will be pleasant.

In addition, the activities that have been taking place during the Christmas holidays will continue throughout the week, among which the following stand out
- Festival “A Christmas for all”: Day 23, from 16:00 to 20:00 hours, in the parking lot in front of the nursery school of Cas Serres.
- Christmas Photocall: Day 23, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, in Vara de Rey.
- Bouncy castles: Days 23 (10:30-20:30 h), 24 (11:00-14:00 h), 26 and 27 (11:00-14:00 h and 17:00-20:30 h), and 28 (10:30-20:30 h), in Vara de Rey.
- Creative workshops for children: 27, 28 and 29, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, in Vara de Rey.
- “Christmas by pedal”: Days 27 and 28, from 11:00 to 14:00 hours, from the Plaza del Parque.
- Itinerant concert “Santa’s Band of the Road”: Day 28, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, touring the center of Ibiza, Can Escandell, Ses Figueretes and Playa d’en Bossa.
However, these are not the only activities scheduled for the week. New events include:
- Santa Claus’ Elves Concert: Day 23, at 6:00 p.m., at Paseo de Vara de Rey.
- Music at the Plaza del Parque: Day 24, from 12:00 to 16:00, with Vermut a 45 RPM, Javi Box and friends.
- Christmas Salsa Contest: Day 26, from 17:00 to 20:00 hours, in Vara de Rey, organized by the Colla de sa Bodega.
- Show “The magic of colors” by Magician Albert: Day 27, at 5:00 pm, in Vara de Rey.
- Salsa and bachata workshops: Day 28, followed by an afternoon of dancing with DJs at Vara de Rey.
- Free passes of Magician Albert: Day 29, at 12:00 and 17:00 hours, at the Cultural Center Can Ventosa.
Also, the City Council will open the Can Tomeu Christmas School from December 23 to January 7, offering sports, artistic and cooking activities for children from 6 to 12 years old at C19.
