The Ibiza airport closed the best year in its history with 9,069,410 passengers registered in 2024, 1.5% more than in 2023.
Of the total number of passengers in 2024, 9,049,784 were passengers on commercial flights. Of these, 3,814,421 traveled on domestic connections, an increase of 1% over the previous year, and 5,235,363 traveled to/from international airports, up 1.9%. By international markets, the United Kingdom accounted for the most passengers, with 1,844,775 travelers; followed by Italy, with 913,876; Germany, with 705,366; Holland, with 565,307, and France, with 416,845. As for aircraft operations, Ibiza Airport carried out a total of 83,049 flights in 2024 , adding takeoffs and landings, a figure that implies a growth of 0.3% compared to 2023.
December data
The Ibizan airport added 240,379 passengers in December, 2.1% more than in the same month of 2023. It also handled 2,730 operations during the last month of the year, an increase of 2.7% over December 2023.
