Palladium Hotel Group projects a 2025 with an ambitious expansion plan in Asia and the Middle East, with investments in the millions of dollars, in addition to the opening of The Unexpected Ibiza Hotelscheduled for April.
In addition, it has had to modify its plans for the Hotel Palmyra, located on the Sant Antoni seafront, which will be transformed into the first Only You Only You of the Palladium Hotel Group in Ibiza in 2027. In this context, the company Palladium Hotel Group has decided to operate this season under the current name of Hotel Palmyra. It has 160 rooms and has been marketed as anadults-only hotel. In October, once the summer is over, construction will begin and it is expected to remain closed during the 2026 season, to be inaugurated in May 2027 as Only You Hotel Ibiza.
Another five star
With the refurbishment, in 2027, it will become the group’s second five-star hotel in the municipality of Sant Antoni, following the opening of TRS Ibiza in what was the former Hotel Tanit. It will be the chain’s first Only You hotel to operate outside the natural environment, as it is an ensign designed for urban hotels.
