Palladium Hotel Group and Gordon Ramsay Restaurants have announced a partnership that will bring the iconic Hell’s Kitchen restaurant to Ibiza. This emblematic gastronomic space will open its doors in the newly renovated The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, located in the famous Playa d’en Bossa.
The restaurant, which will begin operating in the 2025 summer season, will be one of the main attractions of the new luxury hotel that Palladium Hotel Group will launch under The Unexpected Hotels brand, inspired by the legendary Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel. The opening will mark the debut of Gordon Ramsay’s culinary group in Spain, cementing Ibiza as an international destination of reference for fine dining. “I am very excited to bring Hell’s Kitchen to Ibiza this summer season. With its incredible energy, lively nightlife and world-class cuisine, Ibiza is the perfect destination to deliver the unique Hell’s Kitchen experience,” said Gordon Ramsay, highlighting his enthusiasm for elevating the island’s gastronomic offerings.
Emblematic dishes and a reality show atmosphere

With its recognizable aesthetic inspired by the famous TV series, the space will offer signature dishes, signature cocktails and exceptional entertainment, in line with the vibrant and luxurious atmosphere that characterizes Ibiza. Raul Benito, Chief Operations Officer of Palladium Hotel Group, expressed his pride in this collaboration: “At Palladium Hotel Group we are always looking to innovate within the hotel market and exceed guests’ expectations. We believe this collaboration underscores The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel’s positioning as a pioneering luxury brand that seamlessly blends exceptional accommodations with innovative dining concepts.” With 181 fully renovated rooms and suites, The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel promises to be much more than just accommodation. This new space will combine unique wellness experiences, world-class entertainment and, now, a world-class culinary offering.
