The Consell de Formentera has decided to take to court the tender called by the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands (APB) to the redevelopment of the port of La Savina. This was announced by its president, Óscar Portas, in the plenary session held this Thursday, where he reported that the island institution has hired a legal team to appeal the process through the contentious-administrative process.
