The City Council of Sant Antoni has communicated a cut in the water supply scheduled for this Tuesday, December 2, due to the works to connect the provisional canonada linked to the work of Vara de Rey. The action will force to interrupt the service for much of the morning and early afternoon.
Streets affected
According to the information provided, the cut will affect several points of the urban core. Specifically, the roads that will be without service are carrer Estrella, Vara de Rey, Antoni Riquer, Sant Rafel and Madrid, where neighbors and businesses are advised to take the necessary precautions to minimize the inconvenience during the day.
The supply will be interrupted from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., during which time workers will work on the connection of the provisional installation. This is a necessary action to continue with the development of the work planned in this area of the municipality.
The Consistory asked for the understanding of the affected residents and reminded them that this type of occasional cuts are part of the interventions programmed within the project. It is also advised to avoid unnecessary use of water in the moments prior to the start of the cut.
