Club members will have absolute priority to ensure their presence at the stadium, although they will have to pay a special supplement for a high-level match. It is essential to remember that these special conditions and the usual seat reservation will remain in force only until Monday at 8:00 a.m.: at that time, the seats that have not been claimed will be released for the general public and will be sold at market price.
The process to manage this supplement has been simplified through the online system, where subscribers must identify themselves with their ID and a PIN number that matches the last four digits of their ID card. In the event that a member does not have his or her document correctly linked or has problems accessing the platform, he or she must complete the process in person.
