All expenses of Santos Cerdán and his family in Ibiza investigated by UCO

The decision, adopted this Tuesday by the Supreme Court magistrate Leopoldo Puente, comes after the instructor considers that the risk of destruction of evidence (the reason that justified his entry into prison on June 30) has been substantially reduced.

Even so, the judge emphasizes that the indications pointing to the possible involvement of the former socialist leader in crimes of criminal organization, bribery and influence peddling have not only not disappeared, but have been reinforced during the investigation.

And one of the edges of the investigations are the payments that Cerdán made with a card of the company Servinabar 2000 SL, which the investigators of the Central Operative Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard consider key in the plot of public works awards.

The UCO report analyzes the relationship between Servinabar -of which Cerdán is a 45% owner-, Acciona and the former ministerial advisor Koldo García. The investigators suspect that part of the contracts obtained by these companies through joint ventures could have been awarded in exchange for commissions.

Among the expenses detected were payments made in establishments in Ibiza, which reinforces the police thesis that the card linked to the company was used for personal purposes.

As detailed in the Civil Guard report, between August 3 and 13, 2022, 16 payments for a combined value of 1,795 euros were made in different establishments in Ibiza. The detail includes even the time when the payment was made.

• 80 euros at a kiosk Can Tothom, located in Port de Sant Miquel.

• 114 euros at the Milagros bar in Santa Gertrudis.

• 83 euros at the Roca y Mar restaurant in Sant Miquel

• 91 euros restaurant On The Beach, in Cala de Sant Vicent

• 128 euros at the Casablanca restaurant, in Pilar de la Mola in Formentera.

• 111 euros at the Milagros bar in Santa Gertrudis.

• 201 euros at the Balansat supermarket in Sant Miquel.

• 175 euros at Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel.

• 63 euros at the Costa de Santa Gertrudis bar.

• 113 euros at the restaurant Jardín del Mar, in Sant Joan

• 63 euros at a gas station in Sant Joan

• 57 euros at Cataleya Beach, in Sant Josep.

• 83 euros at the Cas Milá beach bar in Cala Vadella.

• 59 euros at the Cas Milá beach bar in Cala Vadella.

• 148 euros at the restaurant Es Jardins de Fruitera.

• 225 euros at the Mariner seafood restaurant in the port of Ibiza.

Finally, coinciding with the return of the Cerdán Munóz family by ferry from Ibiza to Dénia, on August 14 a payment of 55 euros was recorded at the Saona restaurant in Dénia, according to UCO records.
