The First Section of the Provincial Court celebrates this Thursday (12.00 noon) the trial against a man who was caught in a traffic control in Ibiza with about 400 grams of different drugs ready for sale and more than 260 euros from the sale of narcotic substances.
The prosecution demands a sentence of four years and six months in prison and a fine of 24,000 euros.
According to the indictment, the man was intercepted at a police checkpoint after being seen driving erratically and after a search of his vehicle the drugs and cash were found.
