Sa Ferradura, one of the most iconic private retreats of extreme luxury in Ibiza, has already defined its weekly prices for 2026 (and also for 2027). And in the next two seasons, the values for spending a few days in this exclusive area of Sant Miquel will remain at maximum levels.
The rent for the estate starts at 250,000 euros per week in the months of May, June and October, and reaches 300,000 euros per week in high season, between July and September, according to the property’s price list, recently published by Lush Experiences, an international company specialized in the marketing and management of ultra-luxury villas, which acts as an intermediary between large estates and exclusive properties in destinations such as Ibiza, the south of France or the Caribbean.
The price includes the exclusive use of the entire estate, with assigned staff, and is rented for full weeks, although check-in and check-out dates can be flexible depending on availability. If the stay results in a private event or celebration, a 20% supplement is applied, a common clause in this market segment where weddings, anniversaries or private parties are part of the attraction of the place.
A stable rate in recent years
The figures for 2026 do not represent a break with respect to recent years. In recent years, Sa Ferradura has moved in a very similar range:
Those values have been relatively stable over the last five years. In 2019 and 2020, before the last great upward cycle of international luxury, the estate rented from about 220,000 euros per week, at least in low season. Since then, the enclave has consolidated its position as a unique product, and the price has accompanied that perception of exclusivity without major shocks.
Architecture designed to impress
In addition to the landscape in which it is nestled, next to the port of Sant Miquel, Sa Ferradura is rented for its concept. The estate occupies
The home features a large master suite and nine additional bedrooms, with the capacity to accommodate up to 20 guests, as well as spacious indoor and outdoor common areas. Open living rooms, tiered terraces, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and bay windows designed to take advantage of every angle of the surroundings define a design intended for both conviviality and display.

Swimming pools, spas and the logic of insulation
Luxury here is not only measured in square meters. Two swimming pools -one infinity and one lagoon-style-, an oriental-inspired spa of some 250 square meters, gym, yoga and massage areas, as well as a boathouse with direct access to the sea, are part of the standard equipment.
Added to this is a key element: controlled isolation. Sa Ferradura offers total privacy without sacrificing the logistics of a large hotel. A stable team of between 20 and 25 people is in charge of the kitchen, service, maintenance and security during the stay, allowing the guest to live the week as if the outside world did not exist.
This combination explains why it is an enclave especially in demand for high-level private events: everything happens inside, without interference, without neighbors and without prying eyes.
Those who have been there agree on a recurring idea: the feeling of being on a private island with the level of attention of a five-star resort, but without the noise and exposure of a large hotel. Reports of stays published in specialized travel and wellness media describe perfectly choreographed arrivals, teams that anticipate every request and days that go by without the need to leave the property, from breakfast to the last drink of the night.
One such testimonial sums up the spirit of the place bluntly. In a chronicle of experience, Luxe Wellness Club defines Sa Ferradura as “the epitome of luxury in Ibiza”, highlighting the combination of absolute isolation, hyper-personalized service and a sense of total control of time and space that very few enclaves in the Mediterranean can offer.

An owner surrounded by controversy
Sa Ferradura’s ownership is linked to Russian billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov, one of the biggest names in the post-Soviet oligarchy. Prokhorov amassed his fortune in the mining and metals sectors, was for years one of the richest men in Russia and even had a brief political foray as a presidential candidate.
Internationally, he is also known for his role as a global investor and for having been the owner of the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets. His profile, always far from the traditional media spotlight, has contributed to reinforce the hermetic and exclusive character of Sa Ferradura, an estate designed to go unnoticed even when it is on everyone’s lips.
The silent parade of celebrities
As with most enclaves of this level, secrecy is part of the contract. Even so, with the passage of time, high-profile names linked to stays or private celebrations at Sa Ferradura have come to light. Leo Messi, Elon Musk, Cesc Fàbregas and large fortunes from the international technology and financial sector are among the names that various publications have associated with the place.
There are no official photographs or public confirmations: Sa Ferradura’s fame is built on leaks, indirect stories and persistent rumors, a mechanism that reinforces its appeal. In the ultra-luxury circuit, not appearing is usually the best letter of introduction.
The farm, in any case, lives more from what is not told than from what is published, and this silence is, paradoxically, one of its greatest assets.
Sa Ferradura is not presented as just another villa, but as a closed experience, with its own rules, stable prices and a very controlled narrative. In an increasingly exposed Ibiza, this enclave continues to play in another league: that of luxury that does not need to be explained too much.
