The National Police arrested last week at the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport the adult film producer Ignacio Allende Fernández, known as Torbe, following the complaint of a young woman who accuses him of sexual assault.
The arrest took place last Thursday at 1:30 p.m., when the producer was landing in Madrid on a flight from Havana (Cuba). According to police sources, the complaint also implicates him in alleged crimes of human trafficking and illegal detention.
Investigation and transfer to court
Following his arrest, authorities carried out a search of his home on Friday and Torbe was subsequently brought to court on Saturday.
As advanced by El Paísthe complaint of the alleged victim claims that she was deceived and taken to Spain under false promises. Once in the country, she was allegedly kept in an apartment without being able to leave and subjected to sexual abuse.
Torbe’s’ criminal record
This is not the first time Ignacio Allende Fernández has faced judicial problems. In 2016, he was arrested along with nine other people, accused of:
- Abuse of a minor under 16 years of age.
- Recording and distributing pornographic videos with the victim.
- Participating in a child pornography, human trafficking and money laundering network.
However, in 2023 he managed to avoid jail time, after agreeing to a two-year prison sentence and the payment of 65,000 euros for recording and broadcasting sex videos with two minors. Originally, he was facing a sentence of almost eight years, but his defense negotiated an agreement with the Madrid Prosecutor’s Office and the accusations.
The two-year sentence allowed him to avoid prison, as he had already been convicted in 2008 for corruption of minors, a sentence he had already extinguished.
Current legal situation
With this new case, Torbe is once again in the spotlight of the Spanish justice system. The investigation is still ongoing and the authorities will determine his procedural situation in the coming days.
