Ten artisans part of the brand of the Consell de Ibiza ‘Artesania d’Eivissa‘ participate in the International Artisans Expo ‘Artigiano in Fiera’ in Rho, Milan. It is an event that celebrates its twenty-eighth edition from November 30 to December 8, and attended by artisans from around the world who show and sell their products to the public.
The Insular Director of Human Resources and Economic Promotion, Josefa Costa Ramón, accompanied the artisans in this meeting held in Milan and highlighted the opportunity that this event offers: “In this fair, artisans, in addition to increase the sale of their products and value the culture of the island, can promote their brand and open to other market channels. In this sense, the councilor has stressed the interest of participation of artisans. “In 2022 we moved with five artisans, and this edition involves 10 artisans of the Artesania de Ibiza brand,” he stressed. Artigiano in Fiera seeks, selects and supports companies that operate under a concept of work and economy that places the person at the center. These are companies rooted in their territory, which represent their traditions and transform raw materials while respecting natural processes.
