A traffic accident on Wednesday night on the road to Benimussa, in the municipality of Sant Josep, ended with a vehicle completely burned after the car hit a pine tree.
The collision caused an immediate fire in the car, although the three people inside managed to leave the vehicle in time and without personal injury.
Upon receiving the warning, a team of firefighters from the Parque Insular went to the site to extinguish the flames. The rapid intervention made it possible to control the fire and prevent it from spreading to the adjacent forest area.
The car was completely destroyed by the fire, while the causes of the accident have not been disclosed.
