A tourist traveling from the cruise ship MSC Grandiosa to the center of Ibiza has publicly denounced, through her social networks, a situation that she describes as “dangerous” during the trip. According to her account, the bus driver was talking on his cell phone and eating at the same time, even driving without his hands on the steering wheel during part of the trip.
The woman explained that she experienced the trip with great anguish. “I had my heart in my throat,” she said in her publication, in which she also posted a video recorded by herself. In the images, which quickly began to circulate among other users, the driver can clearly be seen using the cell phone while driving the vehicle with passengers on board.
The complainant stated that she did not know how to file a formal complaint with the authorities, so she decided to take to the networks to make the incident public.
In view of this situation, the tourist assured that the driver caused the passengers moments of tension and nervousness. “They should not have to give him a job in any company”, she said.
