The General Union of Workers (UGT) has called for this Wednesday, December 24 at 10.10 am simultaneous rallies in Palma and Ibiza to protest against the wage policy of the car rental company Click & Rent, as reported by the union in a statement.
The demonstrations will take place in the vicinity of two of the company’s headquarters: in Palma, at number 5 Can Rius street, located in the Son Oms industrial estate, and in Ibiza, at number 15 Sant Jordi street, in the Can Frígoles industrial estate.
Union demands changes in the company
The protest is part of the union response to what they consider to be inadequate management in terms of wages and labor rights. UGT has demanded that the company review its position.
UGT has also denounced that sanctions are being imposed on workers’ representatives.
