In a message published in the social network X, the agency asked the public “maximum caution” and recalled the importance of following the official indications.
Among the recommendations issued by Emergencias, the following stand out:

Secure doors and windows to prevent water entry.
-
Remove objects that can be washed away by rain from the outside.
-
Avoid going down into basements, garages or flooded areas.
-
Stay in high areas in case of flooding.
-
Disconnect electricity if the house is flooded.
For those who plan to drive in the coming hours, it is advisable to moderate speed, increase the safety distance and prioritize the use of main roads.
