2nd Fira Sabors d’Eivissa Fair

The second edition of the Fira Sabors d’Eivissa arrives with a full program to enjoy the local gastronomy and culture throughout the day.

Activity highlights

Local Producers and Manufacturers Market A space dedicated to fresh and artisanal products from Ibiza. An opportunity to discover and support those who work the land and produce traditional foods of the island.

Tapas tasting (5 €) Tapas prepared with local ingredients, designed so that the public can taste authentic bites of Ibiza in an accessible way.

Live Showcooking Specialist chefs will show the preparation of traditional Ibicencan recipes using local produce. An ideal activity to learn techniques and get to know the island’s cuisine better.

Tortilla with Patata Vermella d’Eivissa Competition where participants will prepare their best omelette using the renowned Ibiza vermella potato, a tribute to this classic with a local stamp.

Arròs de Matances Popular – 14:00 h (10 €) Traditional Ibizan dish prepared by Carn&Coop. The amount is donated to Fundación Conciencia. A special occasion to enjoy an emblematic and collaborative dish.

Family workshops Activities designed for children to learn and have fun while discovering the gastronomy of Ibiza in a creative way.

Live music Musical performances throughout the fair to accompany the festive atmosphere and celebrate local culture.
