Beach cleaning in Cala Gració for the Ecovidrio’s Green Flag

The municipality of Sant Antoni de Portmany celebrates having revalidated the Ecovidrio Green Flag as the municipality with the best score in the Balearic Islands. In recognition, a beach cleaning day will be organized in Cala Gració, an educational and environmental activity that will bring together local authorities and more than a hundred students.

The mayor Marcos Serra, the councilor of Environment Pepita Torres, the director of Paisaje Limpio Inés de la Paz and the coordinator of Ecovidrio in the Balearic Islands Iván Tolsá will participate, along with 110 students from CEIP Sant Antoni and CEIP Sant Rafel.

The day will include a brief explanation of the initiative, a family photo and a participatory beach clean-up, with a mid-morning break to regain strength.
