Christmas Decoration and Illumination Contest in Ibiza (inscriptions)

The Eivissa Town Hall celebrates this year its first Contest of Decoration and Illumination of Balconies, Windows, Facades and Shop Windows, an initiative that seeks to fill the city with Christmas atmosphere and encourage the participation of neighbors and businesses.

Registration is free and can be done at www.eivissaparticipa.es until December 17, 2025, the date by which the decorations must be installed. The jury will visit the proposals on December 18 and 19, selecting the finalists in each category. The winners will be decided by popular vote on December 20 and 21 through the City Council’s Instagram stories.

The contest offers prizes of 500, 300 and 200 euros in shopping vouchers to spend in local businesses.

A participatory Christmas proposal that encourages residents and businesses to fill Ibiza with light and creativity, culminating in a prize-giving ceremony open to the public in the heart of the city center.
