Eivissa Red Potato Omelette Contest

The Eivissa Town Hall is holding the third edition of the Red Potato Omelette Contest as part of the II Fira Sabors d’Eivissa.
Participants must develop their own recipe using Ibizan red potato, a local product that is given free of charge to each registered team.
The contest will bring together cooking and zero kilometer product enthusiasts, and will reward the three best omelets with baskets of local products.
