The emblematic Hostal La Torre organizes a practical workshop to learn how to elaborate the authentic Ibicencan herbs, the traditional liqueur of the island prepared with native plants such as rosemary, thyme or fennel. During the activity you will discover the elaboration process and you will be able to take away your own bottle made by yourself.
Participation costs 25 euros, with all materials included. It is recommended to reserve a place directly with the establishment.
