New Year’s Eve at ROTO: Dine & Dance into 2026
ROTO bids farewell to the year with a special celebration on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, a night that combines haute cuisine, music and partying in front of the sea at ROTO Ibiza, in Marina Ibiza, with direct views of Dalt Vila.
The evening begins at 8:00 p.m. with the arrival of diners and a special New Year’s Eve menu, which includes a welcome cocktail and a bottle of Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut per table. The gastronomic proposal covers marine and meat flavors with sophisticated options, as well as a complete vegetarian menu specially designed for the occasion.
At midnight, the chimes will be experienced live, with lucky grapes, champagne and cotillion to welcome 2026 in a festive atmosphere. After the toast, the night continues with a musical session by Ángel Linde and Cristian Godoy, inviting you to dance and celebrate until well into the early hours of the morning.
Admission is free throughout the night with prior registration on the list, and there will also be admission with a drink available at the door. A complete plan to celebrate the last night of the year in one of the most special places in Ibiza.
