NoHo Beach Club, New Year’s Eve with a free spirit in Las Salinas

On Tuesday, December 31, 2025, NoHo Ibiza Beach Club, on the beach of Las Salinas, celebrates the last night of the year with a special New Year’s Eve dinner in front of the sea, in a sophisticated and cosmopolitan atmosphere that reflects the most bohemian essence of Ibiza.

The proposal revolves around an exclusive haute cuisine menu, designed to bid farewell to the year with an impeccable culinary experience. The evening includes a selection of starters such as steak tartar nigiri, Iberian ham with glass bread, tomato carpaccio with stracciatella and Peruvian sea bass ceviche; main courses such as grilled octopus or lobster with armoricaine sauce; and a dessert of creamy chocolate with nougat ice cream.

The experience includes cotillion, twelve lucky grapes and a bottle of champagne for every six guests to toast at midnight.

The price is 150 euros per person, with champagne included for the toast (additional drinks not included). Reservations can be made by phone or through the NoHo Ibiza Beach Club website.
