ROTO Ibiza: vibrant nights and gastronomy in front of the sea all winter long

Wednesday to Saturday: from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.

Sundays: from 13:00 to 20:00 h (ROTO Roast)

ROTO Ibiza consolidates itself as the essential meeting point of the winter season with a weekly program full of good music, cosmopolitan atmosphere and Mediterranean gastronomy. With the best views of the sea and Dalt Vila, the restaurant offers its now classic “Dine & Dance” concept , which combines high-level dining with DJ sessions that invite you to get up and dance until the early hours of the morning.

Each day has its own special proposal:

Wednesday: ROTO Bongo, with express salsa class and Latin House and Afro beats party (closed menu 50 €).

Thursday: Piano Bar, a theatrical evening with Eusebio at the piano and Borja Tous as host.

Friday: Sabor by Eribertho Cruz & Friends, live Cuban music and dinner with Caribbean flavor.

Saturday: ROTO Classics, the greatest hits of the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s will liven up the night.

Sunday: ROTO Roast, the perfect daytime plan with good food and family atmosphere.

In addition, on weekends the secret club Búnker is activated, with a Boiler Room concept for those who want to keep the party going until late.

ROTO Ibiza proves once again that winter can also be danced, enjoyed and celebrated on the island.
