Workshop “Living the way I want” – Wellness and personal growth for seniors

The Club de Mayores de Jesús organizes the free workshop “Living as I want”, a space for wellness and personal growth aimed at seniors who want to live more consciously and authentically. Throughout 13 sessions, participants will work on topics such as personal motivations, time management and the importance of respecting their own vital rhythm.

The workshop is promoted by the area of Social Welfare of the City Council of Santa Eulària des Riu with the support of the Fundació “La Caixa”.
