Ibiza once again demonstrates why it is the world capital of electronic music and nightlife. This Wednesday, at the Golden Moon Awards 2025 gala held at the SH Valencia Palace hotel, the island swept the main awards of the sector, positioning itself as the absolute leader in the ranking “The World’s 100 Best Clubs 2025” of the International Nightlife Association (INA). Ibizan clubs occupied the entire podium of honor, reinforcing their dominance on the global scene.
The big star of the night was [UNVRS], the Sant Rafael club that, just a few months after bursting onto the international scene, was named World’s Best Club 2025. With its futuristic vision and a commitment to cutting-edge technology, [UNVRS] beat Hï Ibiza, which cedes its leadership in the INA list, although it maintains its strength as a global giant after recently being elected for the fourth consecutive year as the No. 1 Club in the world by DJ Mag magazine.
The Matutes-Pissenem rooms achieve a historic triplet: in addition to consecrating [UNVRS] as number one in the world in its first season and Hï Ibiza as second, Ushuaïa Ibiza closed the podium maintaining its third position.
All three are part of Ushuaïa Entertainment, the company formed by Grupo de Empresas Matutes and the French genius Yann Pissenem.
In addition, [UNVRS] added a second recognition by receiving the award for “Best Innovative Nightlife Project” of the year, consolidating its role as a driver of innovation in the industry.

The CEO of The Night League, Yann Pissenem, collected the Golden Moon Award for “World Best Club 2025” from the General Director of Interior of the Generalitat Valenciana, Vicente Huet.
After receiving the award, Yann Pissenem said that “it has been a very difficult year and to become number one so quickly…” and then he was moved to tears.
He then thanked his brother for “the production that has worked so hard throughout the winter. He has made a huge contribution throughout the summer. And to the promoters who have trusted us before seeing the club built, it was a big risk. They bet on the club without even the foundations and without knowing if we were going to make it on time. We were not at all sure we were going to make it,” he acknowledged.
“Thanks to the island. I arrived in 2008 and now it’s my home, I feel very happy. I have worked hard to get all this. This is very important for me,” he concluded.
A historic gala
The ceremony was hosted by DJs Anna Tur and Judge Jules, making it the final touch to the 5th National Nightlife Congress and the 10th International Nightlife Congress.
Over two days, Valencia brought together more than 65 international experts in 13 round tables that addressed key issues for the future of nightlife, from technological innovation to security, sustainability and management of large venues.
More than 500 nominees from 73 countries
The 100 clubs selected for the NAC list were chosen from a total of 545 nominated venues from 73 different countries. The final vote combined a 50% online popular vote and 50% judging by a jury of industry experts.
The jury evaluated multiple aspects of each club’s operation during 2025, including artistic programming, investments made, security measures, VIP services, online booking system, sound quality, acoustic insulation, customer service, recognitions obtained, social media management, quality certifications and commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. For this purpose, the NAC sent an exhaustive request for information to each nominated venue, in addition to conducting its own data collection.
