Paradiso celebrates its tenth anniversary as one of the great references of global cocktails. Since its opening in 2016, the project led by bartender Giacomo Giannotti together with Grup Confiteria has transformed the way of understanding the cocktail, betting on a sensory, emotional and creative experience that goes far beyond the traditional bar.
During this decade, Paradiso has established itself as a living laboratory of innovation, where technique, narrative, sustainability and spectacle coexist. Its influence has been key in the evolution of both the local and international scene, setting trends and raising the creative level of contemporary cocktails.
“We have worked with passion to create experiences that excite and surprise, not only the public, but also the industry,” explains Giannotti, who highlights the value of the team and the community that has accompanied the project since its inception.

Far from settling for success, Paradiso has pushed the boundaries of the sector with initiatives such as Paradiso Lab, a space dedicated to research, the development of new techniques and the exploration of ingredients from an innovative and sustainable perspective. In addition, the Paradiso Cocktail Fest, which for the past four years has turned Barcelona into an international meeting point for some of the best cocktail bars in the world.
The non-conformist spirit of the project has also driven its international expansion, with a presence in destinations such as Ibiza and Dubai, adapting the Paradiso experience to different contexts without losing its creative DNA. With this tenth anniversary, the cocktail bar celebrates not only a decade of awards and recognitions, but also a sustained cultural impact and a firm look towards the future of mixology.
